Thank you for shopping with Scent your world. Every order is handmade to order, carefully packed, and shipped with love from the UK. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about delivery and shipping times.
Processing Times
All of our car diffusers and gift sets are handmade to order.
Please allow 2–4 working days for us to make and pack your order before dispatch.
During busy periods (such as Christmas or sale events), this may extend slightly, but we’ll always do our best to get your order out quickly.
Delivery Times & Services
We currently ship within the United Kingdom using Royal Mail Tracked services.
Typical delivery times after dispatch:
Free tracked UK delivery is included with all orders — no hidden fees.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Delivered but Not Received
All orders are sent using tracked delivery services. Once your parcel is marked as delivered to the address provided, it is considered successfully delivered, and our responsibility for the item ends.
If you believe your parcel has been misdelivered, please check with neighbours or your local delivery office. We’re happy to assist you in contacting Royal Mail to investigate, but we cannot replace or refund items that show as successfully delivered.
Delivery Delays
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us so we can help.
In rare cases, Royal Mail may experience delays, but we’ll always assist in tracking your parcel and resolving any issues.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your delivery details before placing your order.
We can’t accept responsibility for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address being provided.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the UK. If you’re outside the UK and would like to order, please contact us. We may be able to arrange a special shipment.
